Online meditation
Meditation online class
for Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood & Tacoma
A guided one-hour session, live on Zoom from your own private space, every hour we are open — and the same class runs at the center, so you can join online one day and in person the next.
No experience needed · A private space and your camera on · Online & in person, whenever suits you
How it works
Three steps, and you are sitting
Nothing to download beyond Zoom, and nothing to prepare.
Start with a free consultation
Thirty minutes with a guide to ask whatever you want to ask. We send the Zoom link with your confirmation.
Pick an hour that fits your day
Sessions start on the hour, morning to evening. Book the slot that works — before work, at lunch, or after the kids are down.
Sit, guided the whole way
Your guide leads the full hour and stays afterwards for questions. Keep your camera on so your guide can see how you are doing — it is a class with a person, not a broadcast.
The same session
Not a recording. A live class, with a person.
Every hourly slot at the center is also open on Zoom, led by the same guides you would meet in the room. It is not an app, not a video library, and not something you are left to figure out alone.
You reflect on what the mind has been storing and let it go, step by step, with someone guiding you through it — the same seven-level method we have taught since 2004.
Who it suits
Meditation that fits around the day you already have
Members join from across the Greater Seattle area — Seattle, Bellevue, Lynnwood, Tacoma and everywhere between — from home, from the office at lunch, and from other states while travelling. No drive, no parking, no hour lost in traffic.
Full schedules
An hour before work, at lunch, or late evening — sessions run until 9pm on weekdays.
Parents at home
Take an hour to yourself once the house is quiet — no childcare to arrange, no drive.
Wherever you are
Travelling or working away? Any private room with wifi works.
Online and in person
Mix the two freely — Zoom on a busy day, the center when you have time.
Hybrid membership
Online and in person — you do not have to choose
One membership covers both. Sit on Zoom before work on a Tuesday, drive over for the Saturday morning hour, and go back online the week the schedule gets tight. Nothing resets when you switch.
It is the same hourly class either way: the same guides, the same seven levels, and the same progress tracked with you. Many members start online to see how it feels, then come to the center once they have the time — or the other way round.
Your guide keeps track of where you are in the method whichever way you join, so an online week never costs you ground.
What you need
- A private space, for the full hour. Somewhere you can be alone and undisturbed — your own room is ideal, a café or an open office is not.
- Zoom on a phone, tablet or computer, with the camera on. The link comes with your booking confirmation.
- Somewhere comfortable to sit. A chair is fine — you do not need to sit on the floor.
- Nothing else. No app to buy, no experience, no belief system, nothing to memorize.
Prefer to be in the room? Your membership covers both, and you can switch between online and in-person sessions whenever you like — see the class schedule or visit the center.
Common questions
About meditating online
Is an online meditation class as good as being there in person?
It is the same session. The same guide leads it start to finish, using the same seven-level method, and you can ask questions at the end exactly as you would in the room. Most of our members mix the two — online on busy days, in person when they can.
Do I need my camera on?
Yes. Sessions are led live by a guide who follows how each person is doing, so we ask everyone to keep their camera on. It is a small class with a person guiding you, not a video you watch.
What do I need to join?
A private space where you can be alone and undisturbed for the hour — your own room works best, not a café or an open office. A phone or computer with Zoom and a working camera, and somewhere comfortable to sit; a chair is fine. Headphones help but are not required.
What times are the online sessions?
Sessions start on the hour, Monday to Friday 9:00am–9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am–3:00pm Pacific Time. Appointments are required, so pick your hour ahead of time.
How do I start?
Book a free 30-minute consultation. We answer your questions, show you how the method works, and send the Zoom link with your confirmation. There is no cost and no obligation to continue.
